Wschód is pleased to present a solo show by Norwegian artist Olve Sande, which results in further practice in ongoing research on the wind barrier, a membrane habitually used in construction yards that is hastily cut out to be replaced by a window pane.

Olve Sande (Bergen, 1984) lives and works in Oslo. He has exhibited widely in institutions and galleries in Norway and abroad. Notably, recent exhibitions include Oslo Drawing Biennial, Kunstnernes Hus, Olso, 2016; Hello!, Berthold Pott, Cologne, 2016; A stitch in time saves nine, Galeria Wschód, Warsaw, 2016; NN-A NN-A NN-A Ny Norsk Abstraksjon, Astrup Fearnley Museet, Oslo and Stavanger Kunstmuseum, Stavanger, 2015-2016; Vestlandsutstillingen 2015, Sogn og Fjordane Kunstmuseum, Førde & Kunsthall Stavanger, Stavanger, 2015. He is represented by Antoine Levi (Paris).
